The famous Spanish ceramic manufacturer Apavisa Azulejos Y Pavimentos S.a, well known for its wide range of products with very refined design and finishing, has recently purchased a new SIMEC lapping line for tiles with sizes up to 1200 mm. in width. This investment follows the purchase of other polishing lines of SIMEC which the customer has started since 1999. The new LUX 1200 RX machines with two bridges and 10+10 polishing heads, supplied in this occasion, represent the state-of-the art of Simec's technology in polishing ceramic, boasting incomparable performance and reliability. Besides, these machines are equipped with C5 heads which assure the highest quality levels in polishing obtainable on the market along with a reduced consumption of abrasive tools. The new LUX polishing machines with renewed design are available in a wide range of models, different for processing width and number of spindles, capable of meeting any production requirements.
