Stone Industries are advancing towards development for Sand Stones, Marble Panels, Granite, Cement Paving Blocks to achieve required roughness on one side either for good bonding strength or aesthetic look after laying on the room flooring & road side pavements.
Mec Shot has recently designed, developed, manufactured & successfully installed Airless Shot Blasting Roller Conveyor Machines for different usages like sandstone, marble panels, granite and cement concrete interlocking paving blocks. Shot Blasting is a mechanical surface preparation process or technique to improve the bonding strength of job by blasting with small balls. Roughness is formed on the surface of the job by the striking tiny spherical balls.
The sandstone, marble panels, granite, cement paving blocks are placed on the roller conveyor for automatic blasting. The sandstone, marble panels, granite, cement paving blocks pass through inward tunnel and enter into the blasting chamber for surface preparation. The blast wheels are stationed strategically around the cabinet propels shots on the Job. The job moves forward and exit into outlet tunnel after duly blasted & air washed with air blower fans. The quantity of wheels will depend on the job size and its production rate.
Automatic media replenisher has been provided to prevent starvation of the wheels. A media trap box has been provided to prevent the usable shots going into the dust collector also and to enhance the life of filters in dust collectors.
Heavy and high volume dust generated during blasting operation and air washing system is sucked into dust collectors where the dust get trapped in or around the specific ally designed filters (depends upon the type of dust collectors), keeping the environment eco-friendly.
